A Bush nominee being criticized is nothing new. . .unless it's being done by The National Review. And this is no aw shucks criticism. They want her nomination removed. LET THE MUTINY BEGIN! Between this and the Porkbusters Movement (goading NANCY PELOSI into action as the greatest fiscal conservative in Congress no less), real conservatives are finally fighting back, and over stuff criminally neglected that actually matters to us all.
